Report something on John
In the app, tap the … on any post and choose Report, tap Report under a comment, or press and hold a message. Reports go straight to John's moderators.
If someone may be about to hurt themselves, report it, and then call 999 if you can.
Complaints and appeals
If you think we got something wrong (we removed or held your post, or warned, suspended or banned your account), or something on John is illegal, email hello@wearejohn.com and tell us what happened.
If it's about a private sexual photo or video you reported, put Urgent at the start of the subject and we'll deal with it first.
We'll confirm we've got your complaint within 2 working days, a person will look at it, and we'll tell you what we decided and why within 14 days. The terms of use explain more.
Your information
The privacy policy explains what we keep and your rights. You can download your data in the app under Settings > Download my data, or delete your account.
